Easter Calender Fairy

Hi everyone. I hope you're all well and happy.

I'm back today with the start of latest monthly Anything Goes challenge from Crafting by Designs which always proves to be very popular.

Our sponsors for this month are..

Shadow Clocksy Digis

Prize- 3 digis

Melonheadz Illustrations

Prize- 1 bundle (black/white or coloured)

I've got two cards to show you as I'm trying to make two at a time for the shop I supply. I thought it would be easier to paper piece the egg rather than colour it but I didn't think how fiddly it would be to cut round the tiny flowers and the fairy's fingers! I'm not sure which one I prefer. Tell me what you think.

  1. They are both very pretty, hope they sold well. I didn't sell one Easter card this year, good job I only made a few.

  2. Oh, so lovely both! Adorable LOTV image and you fussi-cut it perfectly, how many care in these cards! The big chocolate egg looks great with your paperpiecing! My favourite is the pink one, but the other is more elegant... difficult choose! :) Love the distressed edges of the papers and the sweet border!

  15. I don't know what it is about cute little girl/fairy stamps, but I love them! Great coloring and color choices, Debra! They are both beautiful. If I had to choose, I'd pick the the one with the blue but that's only because it's my favorite color!
