I won't be posting anything for a while as my lovely mum has very sadly passed away after a brief illness. As me and my hubby have a lot to do I won't be commenting on your posts either but I will look what you're all up to if I can. Take care everyone and if you still have a mum give her an extra hug when you see her.

Hi Debra, so sorry to hear about your mum. Thinking of you at this sad time Sally.
ReplyDeleteHi Debra,
ReplyDeleteThis is very sad news indeed. I will be thinking of you and your family in the difficult days ahead.
My Dad died a couple of years ago and I remember that the first few months I was still stunned by his passing and now today I am confronted by memories or smells or a comment by someone that will reduce me to tears. I never knew what real grief was until that day, but I do now.
I still cry tears of sorrow even when I think I shouldn't.
There is no real time table for grief but if you feel you need to cry then do so it helps, believe me it does.
Next time I see my Mum and Scrubby's Mum (which won't be until May or June next year) I will give them an extra hug for you.
Keep well,
Nicky x
