Seaside card

Hi everyone. I hope you're all doing well and enjoying your crafting.

Today's card didn't turn out quite how I wanted to due to a miscalculation in placement of the stamps but I think it looks okay. See what you think.

There wasn't supposed to be the gap in the middle, Oops!

The close up is to show the glittery sand and shiny windows on the lighthouse.

Card Ingredients.

Card Blank- 6" x 6" Craftwork Cards.
Stamps- Lawn Fawn 'Life is Good'.
Medium- Copics markers 'Ciao and Sketch'.
Paper- doodlebug design Inc. 'Kraft in Color'.
Enamel Dots- Your Next Stamp 'Cosmic Crush Gumdrops'.
Other Stuff- Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen in 'Crystal Clear' (on sand).
Glossy Accents (on windows of the lighthouse).

Chris and Lexi have now reached Australia. They've been to Melbourne and are now in Sydney. Chris took two pairs of shoes with him of which the first and new pair fell apart on the second day of the trip. The other pair which he's had to wear continually are now on their last legs so they went to get him some more. Well being as tall as he is he has feet to match and is a UK size 15. In Australia he needs a size 17. The first shoe shop he went into laughed when he asked for his size and wished him good luck in finding some :D. Anyway there's a company called High and Mighty in the UK and luckily they found a branch in Sydney so he's now the owner of some new, but expensive, shoes.

A rather simple card today for me. I do love Lawn Fawn stamps and dies as they're so cute. Well I better go now as I've Stuart's Birthday card and a  couple of Easter cards to make with not a lot of time to make them!

See you all again next week.
